ORDER TO MAKE A TRANSIT DECLARATION

We commission P.M.S.T. Transmeble International Sp. z o. o. to issue a transit document together with the granting of guarantee for the customs debt in the transit procedure, in accordance with the following dispositions and information.

At the same time, we take full responsibility for the presentation of the product and documents to the customs office of destination in the untouched state and within the period specified in the customs documents.
We declare that, in the case of the unfinished procedure, or its termination with violation of legal regulations, we undertake to cover – at the first written request of P.M.S.T. Transmeble International Sp. z o. o., all customs duties, taxes and other charges incurred as a result of a violation of the terms and conditions laid down for the transit procedur
Being aware of criminal liability arising from Art.233 of the Criminal Code, I hereby declare that the products entrusted to P.M.S.T. Transmeble International Sp. z o. o. for the implementation of the transit procedure are not the strategic products referred to in the Act of 29 November 2000 (Consolidated Text of 2013, Journal of Laws, No. 194) on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance for the state security and also for the maintenance of international peace and security, and in the Council Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009 of 5 May 2009, establishing the community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use.
